The facility is clean and the colors are bright and cheerful. The staff are friendly and show care and respect to my mother. My mom loves living here.

Brookdale is a safe and interesting place to live. There are many great activities, games, and entertainment to choose each day. Staff are very caring and helpful.

I love living at Brookdale Richland. They all respect our choices and preferences on care and dining. My apt is clean and always feel safe. The staff and other residents are amazing and friendly.

I cannot say enough good about Brookdale and the positive setting they offer! They were super friendly and welcoming. Answered questions I didn't even know I had! The intake process was so much easier than we expected. They made everything easy and pleasant! I also really appreciated how clear and transparent they were about their pricing and fees for care. My loved one was very excited to hear about how life at Brookdale is directed by the residents rather than corporate programming. She loved hearing that they could request menu changes and choose outings. She was hesitant to leave her home and transition to assisted living but after her first visit to Brookdale, she was excited to move and turn over some of the daily tasks to someone else. She has not looked back! She is happy, loves her apartment, new friends and says the food is great!! Thank you Brookdale for making this such a positive transition for us!??

We chose Brookdale Castle Gardens because of how friendly, cheerful, and helpful everyone is. Residents are friendly and cheerful, as well. Safety of residents is priority. Nice apartments. Healthcare and physical therapy on premises. Suggestions for improvement on the food- Quality meat cold cuts instead of chopped, compressed meat and by-products. Better quality breads. Chicken breast routinely over cooked and dry. Too many processed foods.

My mom is not a big fan of the food, other than that I don't have any complaints. My sister lives a mile away, so that was a determining factor. My mom is a social person, so we're happy she can have that at Brookdale. We are happy to know she is safe.

We really like it the room, it is just the right size. The food is really good and the staff is premium. The only problem we had was with her next door neighbor who has the type of dementia that makes her paranoid and aggressive we have to really blunt with her to keep her from imposing on our time with Mom.

My mom has been at Brookdale Oceanside for almost 10 years. Everyone is attentive to her needs. I highly recommend Brookdale Oceanside. The people are kind and caring! The facility is always clean and the food is really good.

The staff at Brookdale Remington Park are very friendly. My mom's room is always neat and clean. Also, they meet with you every few months to discuss your loved one's care needs. My mom says that the food is good, as well. I would recommend Brookdale Remington Park to others as an option for Assisted Living.

I really like the people they are so friendly and helpful; I like to be in assisted living they take good care of me, I'm diabatic they give me my insulin and bring my medicine. I love having friends here we eat and chat together every day, it's very good here.

More than I expected, very satisfactory. Wonderful Staff, Staff is very friendly, helpful and funny. I love my apartment the lay out is very open and welcoming, food is good. I love being here specially my home now and what it has become.

They were very helpful and prompt on helping me complete paperwork. Even when I told them we weren't sure what we wanted to do they called me once a month to check on my parents and if they could help in any way.

My loved one is currently a resident at Brookdale Central Paradise Valley. The facility seems to care and wants to do it right. It did have some hiccups to start, but they were resolved. Based on our experience, I would recommend Brookdale Central Paradise Valley to others as an option for Assisted Living care.
